JWPharm (CEO Yu Chang-yong),
an herbal medicine company, announced on the 3rd that it had
established a partnership with Genoheal (CEO Ahn Jong-eop)
to proceed with the
phase II clinical trial for the PLCR candidate substance for the natural
treatment for female subfertility. Genoheal,
whose research includes the
development of female subfertility treatment, applied for IND with the Ministry
of Food and Drug Safety
in December 2021 based on the positive results from the
preclinical stage of PLCR and was approved for the phase-II clinical trial.
JWPharm will be responsible for all processes and production of clinical trial
